This is where it actually happens. Every recipe on this site is developed and tested right here — not in a studio, not in a commercial test kitchen, but in a real working kitchen with a stove that gets used every single day.

The cast iron on the wall isn't decoration. It gets pulled down, used, and hung back up more times a week than I could count. Same with the wood countertop on the island — it's where the dough gets rolled, the sheet pans get loaded, and the mistakes happen before a recipe makes it onto the site.

If a recipe says it works, it worked here first.
