Prep-Ahead Moves
- Sunday: peel and devein the shrimp if you bought it shell-on; store over ice in the coldest part of the fridge.
- Grate the Parmesan for Thursday while you have the grater out for any other night.
- Mix the taco crema and slice the cabbage for Wednesday up to two days ahead.
Leftover Strategy
- Leftover alfredo reheats better with a splash of milk — low heat, stir constantly.
- Extra crispy chicken becomes Saturday lunch sandwiches. Do not skip this.
